Terms & Conditions – Janardhana Mango Farms

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Quality & Availability

• We supply only naturally ripened, chemical-free mangoes directly from our farms.

• All produce is subject to seasonal availability and weather conditions.

• In rare cases, if a selected variety is unavailable post-order, we will contact you with alternatives or refund options.

2. Order & Quantity

• Minimum order: 3kg (1 Quantity = 3kg).

• Orders must be placed in multiples of 3kg per variety.

• Once placed, orders cannot be modified.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes.

• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

• We accept secure online payment methods via UPI, cards, and net banking.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after harvest.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping charges are based on location and weight, displayed at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Since mangoes are perishable, no returns are accepted after delivery unless there is damage.

• If your box is damaged or spoiled on arrival, contact us within 24 hours with photos for evaluation and possible refund/replacement.
